Sleepeek

You don't know what you do at night. Sleepeek does.

Put your iPhone by the bed. In the morning, listen back to your snoring, your sleep talking and your coughing.

Sleepeek is coming soon to iPhone. We'll email you on the day it's released.

A night with Sleepeek

All you do is sleep. In the morning, everything is ready to listen to.

11:00 PM

You put your iPhone down and go to sleep.

Plugged in, on the nightstand. You start the night with a tap, a word to Siri, or your Sleep Focus starts it for you.

Recording lasts all night, with no limit, and it is free.

Sleepeek's evening screen: start at 11 PM, wake-up at 7 AM, and the button to start the night (screen in French).
3:12 AM

Sleepeek keeps only the sounds.

Sleepeek listens all night and records every sound, with two seconds before and after. Silent stretches are not kept.

Each moment is sorted: snoring, talking, coughing, other noise. You filter and listen to what interests you.

During the night, Sleepeek's screen stays black: the time, the number of sounds kept, and a gesture to end the night (screen in French).
7:00 AM

In the morning, you see your night at a glance.

A timeline shows what time you snored, talked or coughed. Tap a moment to listen to it.

Your snoring score, from 0 to 100, tells you whether the night was quiet. Your nights are kept in a calendar.

The morning summary: the score, the timeline of the night and the sounds (screen in French).
7:05 AM

You hear what you said in your sleep.

Everything you said during the night is kept, with two seconds before and after. Play it with a tap, or play the whole night back to back.

A moment worth sharing? It becomes a vertical video, ready to send.

The weeks after

You try a remedy, you compare.

In the evening, note what you are trying: a nasal strip, sleeping on your side, no alcohol. Sleepeek compares your nights with and without.

For your appointment, it prepares a PDF of your last 7 or 30 nights, with the clips you choose to attach.

What Sleepeek keeps, and where

Frequently asked questions

Is Sleepeek free?

Yes. Every night is recorded in full, with sound sorting, the video and the score. The free version keeps your last 7 nights. Sleepeek+ keeps everything, compares your remedies and prepares the report for your doctor: $4.99 a month, or $12.99 once, for good.

Where should I put my phone?

On the nightstand, about 50 cm (20 inches) from your head, plugged into its charger, with nothing covering the microphone.

What if two of us sleep in the same bed?

The microphone hears the whole room. Sleepeek shows you the moments and their time; listening back is how you find out who snores.

Can Sleepeek detect sleep apnea?

No. Sleepeek is not a medical device and makes no diagnosis. If someone has seen you stop breathing at night, or if you feel tired even after a full night's sleep, talk to your doctor. The Sleepeek+ report helps you show them your nights.

Is Sleepeek available on Android?

Not yet: Sleepeek is an iPhone app.

Tonight, put your iPhone by the bed.

Tomorrow morning, you will know what happens while you sleep.
